Yearning Citadel

The Yearning Citadel of Kehree was the meeting place of the Surge Conclave. It was so named because the inner parts of the fortress stacked so high that it began to lean slightly, even as it reached higher and higher into the sky, as if yearning after the sun and moon. This was also usually the place of the city's archmage, who managed the conclave.
