Rank 1: Ear (1 renown) Initiate rank, given a pipe (musical instrument) with subtle lines indicating smoke at the front. If you know what you're looking for and that the piper's insignia is a pipe with smoke rising from the end, you will know this as a sign of membership, else it would seem like an ordinary pipe)
Rank 2: Voice (3 renown) (You learn the song of the pipers to prove yourself as a full member)
Rank 3 : Choir (10 renown)
Rank 4: Instrument ( 25 renown)
Rank 5: Maestro (Renown 50)
