Tulach

The Tulach are a semi-nomadic group that have lived in the Aeban desert region for longer than recorded history.  Due to their remote location, separated from most of the rest of the world by the harsh climate they live in, their society is quite different than that of the twin peninsulas to the north, the taiga forest to the south, or the magic plains to the west.

Shared customary codes and values

Blood relation means very little to the Tulach. They tend to converge in family-groups typically sized between 20-50 people, and that community is family. Children are raised by the community rather than the biological parents. Any "family" name is just the name of the group.
