That's interesting that you have your whole technology depending on those plants! And t's an interesting property that they can bind metal. Do they work like a magnet? I'm wondering what they use those tentacles for. Is it link to their ability to bind metal? Also, do you know why do they have developed this ability in the wild?

They do work like a magnet, The tentacles might be a link to attracting metal. I sadly don’t know how they got their special power

Interesting concept! The binding of metal is something I have not seen before in a plant. I wonder though how is the plant prepared to be used in technology without it degrading? Can a powder be enough or liquid in it to bind metal? Also as it is so important how extensive is the cultivation of the plant?

The tentacles helps the tech stay together by them being “sticky”. I’m assuming the Irziell‘s will need a huge plot of land to grow them.

Hi Doctor! How do you envision its 20 year growth behaviour? Is it like a massive growth spurt in a short period, or just a change in life stage? Also 100 ft!? That's a BIG PLANT. Nothing wrong with that though :)

A change in life stage like a normal tree

Tech plants! I rather like the premise of these things - and they're so big!   Such a neat idea. Nicely put together and a lovely looking page. Well done.

Tentacle trees! Sounds real icky to look at, but gotta suck it up since they're so useful.
