These two vials are the vessels for extracted Memories.
With the vials the instructions for the Memorie Extraction ritual are written down on a small, obisidian plate.

The Ritual extracts the memory of a previous amount of time, like one week or 10 years, or of one person, item or event, over the course of the whole memory of the affected creature. The ritual goes for 10 minutes and needs a vessel made from holy crystals and gold melted in the flame of a dragon, to contain the memory, once it is extracted. A memory can be consumed like a potion, giving the consuming creature the full memory instantly. A Memory can only be extracted one time, if you try to extract it a second time it is destroyed. If the creature that you want to extract the memory of is unwilling there is a 50 percent chance of the ritual fails to extract the memory fully, giving you only bits and pieces of the memory. If this happens the mind of the affected creature may be damaged irrevocably.
