Transient Tranquility and its sheath weigh almost nothing and the blade can pass through any solid object except the sheath. This sword has the light and finesse properties. Etheral Edge Attacks with this weapon don't cut or harm in the traditional sense. Instead, they pass through targets, dealing psychic damage. This damage doesn't cause pain but erodes the target's consciousness. When you deal damage with this weapon, the target's current hit points and hit point maximum are both reduced by the amount of damage dealt. This weapon can't reduce a creature's hit point maximum below 10. The creature's maximum hit point is restored after a long rest. Restful Repose If you reduce a creature's hit points to 0 with this weapon, it doesn't die. Instead, the creature becomes unconscious but stable and falls into a deep, peaceful slumber for 8 hours. Upon awakening, the creature remains under the effects of the Calm Emotions spell for one hour. Borrowed Dreams When you attack a creature, you can add your Charisma, Intelligence or Wisdom modifier, whichever is higher, to the attack and damage roll. You can do so a number of times, equal to half your proficiency bonus, rounded up.
