Summary
Lloyd is the point man for Verma Corp in the PDZ. He hands out jobs to the local crews and acts as their handler and is generally the highest corporate suit they deal with.
He is relatively new the PDZ and likes to play act as being like the locals. He thinks it endears him to the local crews.
So far as anyone known he has been a man of his word on all his deals and is not as difficult to work with as most of the corporate suits.
