Summary
Background
Melvin's sister, Tori, works for Tempe Guild and got Melvin a job as security in the building. Due to office politics Tori was passed up on a promotion and was move to manage a lab that did not have the proper safety protocols in place in order to "cut costs." Resulting in Tori getting cancer. She is still alive but corpo ain't paying for her medical bills cause they are a bunch of cunts.
Connection to Mark Bishop
Melvin caught Mark bribing the janitor to leave out chemicals for Mark to steal. Since the corpos screwed over his sister, he doesn't mind Mark robbing them. Plus Mark is also looking at the chemicals to see which ones gave Tori the cancer so it will be easier to treat.
