Astrophel is a horizon walker that wanders through the planes. He is also a member of Tasogare, an organization beholden to the father of blades in the Land of Fire which's only purpose is to vanish evil and protect the meek.
He offered the party a way to cure Medan's ailment in the Shadowfell where his soul is supposedly bound to another creature. He told the party to meet him at the black rock inn located in the eastern district of the City of Onyx. He also marked in their map the position of the portal to the Feywild located on the Onirian sea and pointed them to a portal to the Shadowfell in the heart of the Explorer's Tomb
Physical Description
Facial Features
His face is severely maimed and covered in wounds which is why he wears a metallic mask.
Identifying Characteristics
He has long white hair and two blood colored beads for eyes that illuminate his face and seem to flare when angered.
Apparel & Accessories
A metallic mask shaped like a demon's parted face.

His uses a weird technique of wielding one sword in each hand and a third one in his mouth.
