That is a pretty long scarf

Brigand Prince of Prismeer (supposedly). A Herrington rogue who is the leader of a band of brigands who terrorize Hither. Supposedly he has the longest scarf in the land, and that.. means... something? I guess in this Herrington society it does.
He supposedly lives in the Brigand's Tollway.
