Tuxedo cat pattern - primarily black body with a white belly that comes up half of his face. He also has white socks/paws.
Identifying Characteristics
His whiskers looks a bit singed as if he was in a fire or explosion of some sort.
Physical quirks
His tail has a life of its own, and he cannot be held responsible for what it does.
Apparel & Accessories
Hothran has a bamboo conical hat that he keeps attached to his single strap backpack unless it starts raining which he will wear. He wears simple linen pants with a brown crossover tunic that is tied at the waist with a cloth belt and a blue kimono jacket.

Personal history
While attending the Witchlight Carnival as a small kitten with his family (that he can no longer remember) they were caught without tickets. In the mad shuffle Hothran dropped his favorite chicken plushie, Mr. Bock Bock. Wriggling away from his parents he went back to try and find the toy and became lost.
He doesn't remember how long it was before a kind older humblefolk woman found him and took him to the New Beginnings Orphanage. There he was bathed, clothed and fed.
Over the years he wonders if he will ever see his family again and make his way back to Sunrock. He spent many years of his youth into his young adulthood on the streets trying to earn money to help his new found family at the orphanage.
