Kar'Idran
The Great Realm of the Ironhammer Clan
Kar'Idran or also known as Ironfall in the common tongue is the realm of the dwarves on the northern continent. A few centuries have passed since the reclamation of Kar' Idran the kingdom of the Ironhammer dwarves and soon followed the defeat of the DracoLich Zarkon and the Black Iron Orcs. The Ironhammer clan has reclaimed and are currently rebuilding most of the old kingdom, but not without frailty. Kar'Idran is the only dwarven kingdom that still stands in the Northern Realms.
Ivan Ironhammer
Ivan Ironhammer is the current ruler of Kir'Idran. Long ago he led his people to fight the Black Dragon Zharkon who sought to destroy his peoples with the use of the Black Iron Orc's that inhabited the Iron Hills alongside the local Dwarves. After Zharkon was defeated Ivan returned home to Kar'Idran in ruins and drove out what remaind of the Black Iron Orc's in the region. To this day, Ivan is exonerated as a great paragon of his people and was proclaimed High King under the mountain and has spent these past centuries trying to return his people to their former glory.
