Coal is the fixer of Arimendes. He doesn't converse much with the other muscle Arimendes uses, which is convenient, as even the other vampires under Arimendes' organization feel unsettled having eye contact with him. That's because, his eyes are red and moves in a dizzying pattern. Coal seems very comfortable in his solitude and his viciousness against anyone but Arimendes is not without a reason. Arimendes took him in even when his sire cast him aside like trash. Only Arimendes saw the sparks in those eyes and only him does not shy away from the eye contact. Coal is loyal to his master and his master trusts his servant equally, which is rare between vampires.
Coal is sneaky and his first reaction to violence is hiding. He only strikes when he thinks he has the upper hand. If that's not the case, he watches, takes notes and gain information on the enemy. While many others found this method cowardly, Arimendes found the gem he was looking for.
