  News agencies all over Stygia report that Seat of Succor, asylum base of the Penitent Legion has been raided by two "crazier than usual crazy" wraiths. Witnesses identified one of them as Samuel "Black" Bellamy, former owner of the Ode to Spring. The other was called Stark and many witnesses thought they had recognized him. But somehow couldn't remember the details.


  These two, allegedly, entered through the main doors, had an audience with the Laughing Lady herself, angered her then jumped off from the top of the tower and ran away with the one of the fastest ships in all Stygia.
