The Many-Starred Cloaks
Headquarters
The headquarters of the order was one of the landmarks of the city, the Cloaktower (later written as Cloak Tower). It served as their meeting place and seat of power, and as their fortress when they must defend themselves.

Possessions
The Many-Starred Cloak were known to have many magic item and treasures in their possession. One of the most famous was the Netherese artifact known as Halavar's universal pantograph, which would magically duplicate any item placed within. It was the size of a room and was highly complex. The Many-Starred Cloaks used it sparingly and only when the need was great, for they did not know if its power could be depleted. They were of course known, and named for, their cloaks, which were colorful and whimsical.Activities
These mages were considered to be the true power in Neverwinter. They supported the reign of Lord Nasher Alagondar with their magic. They stood guard against the Arcane Brotherhood of the Hosttower of Luskan, who otherwise would destroy or conquer Neverwinter. The Many-Starred Cloak also helped with the security of the city. They were the ones who created the blastglobes of the Graycloaks militia. The mages were able to come together to jointly cast great spells that neared the mighty lost magics of Myth Drannor. They had done this several times, and once sunk an entire island.History
