The main business manager seems was a woman named Yrsa, until she took the job running a new club (also a Five Needles establishment) called the Black Silk Spider. Her security chief Varden, a goblin rogue, was promoted to manage the Sign of the Merman. His chief deputy and best friend is a half orc barbarian named Halfdar, who now runs security. Both Bastard and Seatha had jobs here before moving to the Black Silk Spider.
