The Ultimates

The Uitimates: Binder, Blackstar, Cyclone, Orion, Slick and Thunderbolt.
It is not clear who leads the Ultimates, but it does seem that in past appearances, Binder has calls the shots more often than others. They have been a team for quite some time, so they all have learned to work together pretty well. The Ultimates were first seen and named around 1989, when Binder and Blackstar teamed up and worked together for many years.
In 1993, Cyclone joined the duo. A short while later, Binder recruited a mute villain known as Radium, and not long after that, Slick joined the team.
In 1995, the Ultimates recruited Thunderbolt, remaining with these same six members for over a decade, becoming a major supercrime menace both on their own and in the occasional employ of other villains. Powerful and tactically experienced, they were (and remain) a danger both to conventional authorities and superpowered foes.
In 2008 the team experienced a major shake-up when Radium left the team to join Project Sunburst, making these two groups dire enemies. To replace their erstwhile colleague the Ultimates recruited Orion, who’s proven to be just as powerful and effective as Radium.
They have, since the Vanishing stepped up as an elite Superhero De-escalation Team, meaning that when VIPER (the new North American Police Force) needs extra help, they call in the Ultimates to help capture or kill the upcoming threat before it becomes a "real problem."
