Desperation Ilthum

The Ilthum of Desperation is a group of spirits within the Reactions Umia that are spawned by a terrible need for something that will take costly actions to gain. They feed on the desperation of the poor, the unfortunate, the down-trodden, and the forgotten, and then make it worse just to sate their inhuman hunger. A few members of the Ilthum of Desperation the Pack have encountered are the Stadium Brood.
