Upon ingestion of Vitae, a Mortal becomes Blood-Bonded to the Vampire the Vitae was drawn from. The Ghouled Condition requires an expenditure of Willpower on the Vampire's part, which can be done reflexively as Vampires are inherently aware of their Blood ties.
