Lady Dewes
Seeming ever the prim housewife of the wealthy capitalist, Lady Dewes is an actual Lady by worldly right. Claiming a title restored by the Queen in 2000, Lady Dewes is a noblewoman. And to spite propriety Lady Dewes is the most charitable of the Dewes Cabal, and that's saying something. She volunteers and runs dozens of charity operations throughout the city and donates her pay to many causes that don't get enough attention.
She has a habit that Coeuselli hates - she visits sick children in the hospital and talks with them about the power of hope and love, of willpower and human belief. Then the kids start to get better. Of course she never credits anything but them having a powerful will to live, but still - someone might put it together.
