Overseer
A spirit of racism, oppression, work, and desperation. The Overseer is a faceless, overweight male in coveralls that towers over everyone, no matter their height. The skin-tone of the spirit shifts and blends chameleonically to be in opposition to the person they are facing off with to reflect racial tensions of the time. The Overseer's Lash is its main weapon, a long whip of braided machine wires, cords, and cables that ends in a cat o' nine tails lash made of human flesh.
