Angels

The angelic host believe their own legends. This is something anyone must keep in mind when interacting with one of their ilk. They are powerful, dangerous, and entirely devoted to their cause. Fortunately they are also largely incapable of interacting with the physical world without possessing the body of a mortal host.
They wage an endless war with the demonic hordes yet in practice it is a proxy war waged through mortals.
Physically the angels are impossible to describe as no two angels entirely resemble each other. They appear in ways that human minds cannot fully comprehend. As beings from beyond physical reality they cannot fully exist within the physical laws of the world. Thus the myriad descriptions seen for angels across myth and religion.
