Blood Magic

The art of using living blood to create magical effects is a rare art, now lost in the tombs of old Hellian lords. Whilst it is a powerful and very aggressive magic, it takes its toll on the user requiring their own blood as fuel which obviously has its limits. Only extremely advanced users can use their enemies blood against them, but they must draw it through a wound first. Even though it hasn't been seen in centuries, it is explicility outlawed by Concord.
