Democratic Republic of Chorus II

The DRP is the official government organisation which oversees all civilian matters on Chorus II. The DRP is headed by a President, who is currently Raymond Kingston. The President is voted into power from a selection of prominent political candidates which include leaders of the DRP’s constituent countries, and sometimes, even wealthy businessmen who have demonstrated an understanding of how to best improve and expand Chorus II’s economic health through policy.
Leaders of countries are known as Regional Ministers. The titles and powers of all those who serve under them differ from country to country.
In times of crisis, such as the most recent Xarqiin Invasion, full planetary authority is ceded to the Chorus Defence Force (CDF) which is the Chorus arm of the Galactic System Union’s military. In such a case, the authority falls under the Fleet Admiral of the Navy, Field Marshals of the Army and Marine Corps of Chorus II.
