Lucille was part of the Angelic Experiments Emperor Claudius's adviser Antonius had started away from the eyes of the military and Emperor himself, a project like the demon projects they had performed, though a lot less successful as everyone had died except Lucille, but Lucille was his last successful military experiment as the power they had given to her was too much to restrain as she had destroyed her restraints and effectively destroyed the entire facility, eventually escaping and lead to the exile of Antonius for his crimes. After recommendation from General Jones, she joined the military at a young age, quickly rising through the ranks and joined the Legion, dreaming of finding her brother one day, but too scared to face him.
Eventually making her way into the Legion, she wanted to use the powers she was implanted with for good, eventually training under Commander Akayami, during her time in the city. After a few years in the Legion, she was appointed Commander when the current Commander had retired due to illness, with little protest from the others, knowing she cared for all of them as she did her country. Because good can even come from bad things, she knew this personally, having a similar story to a lot of them.
