Backstory: Diablo was once one of the biggest criminal bosses to ever plague The Muerta Wetlands, exporting drugs, alcohol and weapons all across the world along with running many rings of gambling, brothels and other ill-made funds. After being confronted on New Heaven Soil over 20 years ago by Legion Captain Shinsui Akayami, which the battle lead to the latter's death but resulted in Diablo's capture and imprisonment in New Heaven's National Prison in Namosa, where he remains today.
