Brigan

Brigan is currently the lead of the The Church of the Collective Psionic asylum program. Formerly a young and confused @psion, he helps other new citizens of Mystra understand that their psionic abilities are a blessing. Brigan is able to diagnose new psionics and guide them to what division of the church they would excel the best in. Further, he can help individuals touch the collective for their first time, which can be very overwhelming and confusing when experienced alone. Brigan is a powerful telekinetic and telepathic, who's power limitations are not known.
