Harbor Heights District

A new and wealthy neighborhood outside the city walls. Harbor Heights is for the richest of the rich. Don't let its small area deceive you, this neighborhood has a large amount of extra-dimensional houses and rooms to keep land usage down and the opulence even higher. Many of the heads of guilds live here, and its bit of a snobbish place at times. Don't let that fool you though, some of the most brilliant minds in New Mystra have enabled this place to come into existence.
