Goals
Dominion seeks to maintain power and control over Bastion and the Lunar colonies, serving the interests of the privileged elite and the powerful within their ranks. They suppress any opposition or dissent, quelling rebellion and maintaining order through any means necessary. They regularly operate with extreme indifference to the wellbeing of the common citizen, acting as judge, jury, and often executioner. Their actions are motivated by personal gain and the preservation of their corrupt regime through oppressing the population they are supposed to protect.
Biology
Members of Dominion are primarily human but employ a vast army of service robots and drones. They are a combination of citizens from

Dominion members exhibit a sense of entitlement and superiority, viewing themselves as the rightful rulers of New Terra. They are driven by ambition, greed, and the need for absolute control. An extreme lack of empathy or concern for the suffering of the populace is rampant as they prioritize their own interests above all else. They do so by abusing their position of power as government officials.

Dominion uses a formal and bureaucratic language in their communications. They employ propaganda and carefully crafted narratives to maintain their grip on power and manipulate public perception. Their communication style is rigid and emotionless.

Using a Greek Revival style of architecture, their buildings are oversized and imposing, often made of concrete or marble. Their interiors are a mix of vast, imposing facades and intricate details. Their style is a stark contrast to the living conditions of the marginalized and neglected who often live in squalor.

While the Sol Council technically oversees Dominion, their relationship is on a more level ground as a result of various corrupt members of the Council and the overwhelming influence Dominion holds. Their internal hierarchy is organized into various ranks, with the most powerful figures comprising the inner circle of the ruling elite. High-ranking officials have authority over their respective departments, overseeing different aspects of the city's administration and security.
Social Structure
Dominion maintains a strict social structure, with a clear divide between the ruling elite and the oppressed population. The privileged members of Dominion hold significant influence and control over resources, while the majority of citizens are denied access to many basic necessities.
Command Structure
Dominion's command structure is centralized, with a small group of influential officials making decisions that affect the entire city. The Director is the head of Dominion, wielding significant power over the organization's activities.
Weaponry
Dominion has the firepower of a private military force. They are equipped with a fleet of robotic Enforcers, defense turrets, and a full arsenal of weaponry and crowd control tools for their human personnel.
