IV. The Weaving Hand

The Weaving Hand contains the power of temporal dominance: control over time itself. The Hand is a large monolith made of a material resembling smooth, polished emerald. The deep green obelisk reflects a distorted image of its surroundings. To harness the power of The Hand, one must first break off a piece from the structure. Infused with the Relic's power, the fragment becomes a conduit through which its wielder can manipulate time. By destroying the fragment, the Relic's temporal abilities are unleashed, allowing its user to influence the flow of time within a limited area.

Upon activation, the fragment of The Hand emanates temporal stasis waves, creating a localized field within the immediate vicinity that modifies the passage of time, decelerating everything to a near standstill. The larger the fragment destroyed, the wider and more powerful the effect. Within this stasis field, all motion comes to a complete halt while the user retains full mobility and control within the frozen space, unaffected by the temporal suspension. The pause is momentary but the effects can be immense.

The manipulation of time with the Hand is not without consequences. Alterations in the timeline create ripples and distortions that cause extreme mental strain and disorientation. Immense control over these fundamental forces of existence is required to avoid timeline paradoxes which can have devastating repercussions.
