IX. The Wandering Mind
With the power of infinite knowledge, The Wandering Mind is an incredibly important Relic. It takes the form of a three-sided black pyramid roughly 100 feet tall by 10 feet wide. Its faces are intricately carved with glowing glyphs and symbols of various unknown languages that constantly shift and move across its surface. The power of The Mind is contained within its inner chamber. By approaching its base, a doorway large enough to fit through dissolves, allowing entrance to a single user before rematerializing.
Once inside the pitch black sanctum, the user must speak the knowledge they wish to know to activate the Relic’s power. Upon speaking the wods, they are metaphysically teleported into the midst of the cosmos around them and are bombarded with clarity and enlightenment, absorbing vast wisdom on the knowledge they seek. The Mind offers infinite clairvoyance and the ability to show the user any past or present moment in time from any viewpoint, bestowing insights to unravel any secret in the universe in an instant.
Once complete, the doorway reopens for the user to exit. However, it may be difficult as the experience is overwhelmingly difficult on the body and mind. This rapid knowledge is incredibly powerful, however the Relic does not predict the future, so fate can always change.
