Their visual design emphasizes adaptability, primarily with traditional street clothing as well as scavenged gear. They wear a mix of futuristic and post-apocalyptic elements.
Many citizens of Bastion adorn a mix of tattered, almost tribal-like clothing. Luna citizens wear proper outfits that reflect their relative advancement and comparative safety. Certain colonies however appear rough and unkempt.

Each district and colony has a distinct feel, creating a unique juxtaposition of styles.

The Sol Council dictates the rule of law in New Terra, however Dominion is tasked with upholding these laws and keeping the peace on Earth. Ad-hoc communities and factions have formed out of necessity such as the Native Sons, a radical terrorist group, as well as the criminal Brotherhood organization.
On Luna, the Alliance has little control, therefore each colony mostly operates by themselves out of their own best interest. The Terran Defense Corps acts as the peacekeeping outfit on the moon.

Weaponry

Civilians are not given weaponry by any authority, however a thriving black market of weapons manufacturing and trade has been established, so many citizens are armed. Generally, they wield basic firearms or melee weapons for self-defense.

Vehicles

Vehicular resources are limited, and most people primarily travel on foot. If vehicles are available, they are often basic, makeshift transports or repurposed military transports.
