Weapon Proficiency

Each weapon has a Weapon Proficiency requirement in order to be equipped. More powerful weapons require a minimum Weapon Proficiency which can be increased with XP Level and MIND Link upgrades.
Using weapons gains points towards Proficiency and increases damage, ammo reserves, reload times, energy and power charge times, and more.
An extensive list of Weapon Proficiency bonuses and the calculation for Proficiency points is under development.
