Falzar Sonavella

Falzar Sonavella is the older child of the Sonavella family and the current head of the Sonavella Shipping Co., making him one of the richest and most influential men in the Ashes Archipelago. A dirty businessman, Falzar believes firmly in crushing the competition to stay on top. He did this to Captain Reynolds (who still went by his birth name of Malcolm Flynn at the time) some years ago, having David burn a ship filled with Reynolds goods along with Reynolds' wife and daughter in a fake pirate attack. When the Venture Boys first met Falzar at an auction, he openly mocked Reynolds about these events. Reynolds told Falzar they both knew it wasn't pirates, but David warned Reynolds that making such accusations without proof was dangerous.
Unknown to Falzar, Vinnie overheard him talking to David about his treasure ship that had gone missing in the Sorrow Shoals as the pair left the auction house. Shortly thereafter, the Venture II's crew was able to recover most of the wealth from the lost ship.
