Galmin Firechains

Galmin Firechains was a cleric of Tiamat, Queen of Evil Dragons, who served the red dragon Yolheimsu'um in the city of Brazenthrone. He was the leader of Bellows, a sect of the Tiamat's cult that serves Yolheimsu'um and views him as the Dragon Queen's representative in their city. Galmin lead his fellow faithful in adhering to Yolheimsu'um's every whim, viewing it as holy work in the name of the Dragon Queen.
When an item was stolen from Yolheimsu'um's treasure horde while the dragon was making his rounds in the city, Galmin was tasked with getting it back. While his dragon master was outwardly calm, Galmin was fully aware that his patience towards Galmin's ability to fix this issue burned away as the weeks went by without success. This became clearer when Yolheimsu'um summoned a group of adventurers newly arrived to Brazenthrone and tasked them to find his lost property as well, informing Galmin that he'd be "fired" if the adventurers succeeded where he'd thus far failed.
Rather than try his luck in a race against the adventurers, Galmin decided to lay an ambush at the entrance to Yolheimsu'um's lair with his loyalists. The adventurers arrived wounded and weary from their quest to recover the treasure, clearly in no shape for a fight. That is why, instead of fighting, they ran right past the clerics and delivered the book to the dragon's claw directly. Yolheimsu'um bellowed for Galmin, who began to march towards his master with his head slumped in defeat.
Yolheimsu'um reiterated that Galmin would be relieved of his position for his failure. But the dragon informed him that he would still serve the Dragon Queen, just not in his capacity as leader of the Bellows. With a flick of his tail, Yolheimsu'um threw Galmin into one of the nearby pools of lava. As Galmin screamed and burned, Yolheimsu'um commented that he would serve in the Nine Hells as cannon fodder against General Marshall's army.
