Latchkum

Latchkum is a game played by the drow of House Vaerixas for fun as well as training. A ball of wood and leather is tossed between the players, stabbing the occasional catcher with a knife that springs out from the ball at random. Receiving an injury wins you a point and the first player to a set number of points (typically the same as the number of players, or near it) wins. The drow consider this great fun as well as practice to improve pain tolerance and learn to keep a grip on weapons when enemies attempt to disarm them in combat.
