Psor'il

Psor'il is an aboleth who has resided in the Black Loch for thousands of years. From his home in its deepest reaches, the Sanctum of Psor'il, he has watched and manipulated many events in the Loch throughout the millennia. Few of the Loch's inhabitants are aware of Psor'il's role in the regions history, and those that are do not last long before they are killed or, worse, enthralled. Individuals who fall under Psor'il's control are also one of the two tools he uses to work his influence, the other influence being his long-reaching psionic abilities.
