Skein, Priestess of the Raven Queen
The Raven Queen is a goddess with multiple domains, and so she requires multiple priestesses to oversee the many aspects of her rule. Skein is her Priestess of Fate, charged with ensuring that the Threads of Fate stay untangled and undamaged. She travels across the planes, intervening subtly where needed to ensure fate stays as her goddess has decreed and punishing those who seek to defy her mistress' will. To see her is considered a great honor, but also a disconcerting premonition of whatever mistake she has come to correct.

Shadows Unleashed Campaign
Skein was drawn to Lothal by the presence of a Fate Eater that had begun to feed on the adventurer Kiri. She lured the beast (and adventurers) to a hidden shrine of The Raven Queen so that the mortals could slay the creature for her. They found the shrine shortly after, where Skein manifested and placed a curse on Chigiri when he stole from the altar. After Kiri begged mercy for his cousin, Skein undid the curse in exchange for an apology. The demeanor of the mortals amused her and she bade them predict their own deaths, promising rewards should their predictions prove correct. This proved to be a great boon when Hugh was later resurrected after successfully predicting the time & manner of his own demise.
Once the Morlocks decided to build the Gravecannon, Levira suggested they set it on the Prizyrie Mountains and start by destroying The Raven Queen's shrine. Skein warned Mesogog and Levira that their plan was doomed to failure but the pair took no heed of her warning. She injured both of them after a half-hearted fight that ended with Skein retreating to the Shadowfell. The villains never realized that Skein's true goal was to anger them and buy the adventurers of Lothal precious time. She succeeded as Levira insisted on dismantling the shrine piece by piece, which proved incredibly difficult thanks to Skein's magical precautions and cost the Morlocks time that otherwise would have allowed them to fire the Gravecannon unimpeded.
