Tieflings - Frozen

With their heritage tracing back to the devils of the Nine Hells, most tieflings are born with a natural resistance to fire like that found in their ancestral homeland. But not all, for there are those whose ancestry originated in Stygia, the frozen fifth layer of the Nine Hells. Such individuals will find that heritage grants them boons related to cold rather than flame. These individuals typically have an ice devil somewhere in their ancestry, though a rare few have the blood of the archdevil Levistus himself flowing through their veins. The difference in a frozen tiefling (compared to their fire-born counterparts) is also aesthetic, with their skin being bluish-white like ice or blackish-purple like frostbite and their horns appearing crystalline as if they were sculpted from ice.
