Maleakas The Twice-Cursed

Maleakas The Twice-Cursed (Tiefling, Female, 66, Gunslinger) is so named because of her tielfling heritage and because she lost her right leg in the war against the Necromancer 40 years ago. Despite those handicaps she has managed to ascend to the top position of the The Sniper's Watchtower due to her unwavering determination and her dragon-like greed.
She joined The Sniper's at a young age and all her life she has had to fight twice as hard to get half as much as her guildmates. She eventually learned that enough gold could get her what hard work could not: Respect.
Once she started bringing in more and more lucrative contracts to the guild her superiors could ignore her no longer, they gave her more responsibilities to reflect her increased contributions.
When the War began she fought alongside the Kingdom against the horde, she would lose her leg in the final battle but she would cement her influence in the guild at the same time. Maleakas would be chosen to lead The Snipers after the mysterious death of the previous guild leader several years ago. Her desire for ever more gold fuels her dreams and haunts her nightmares, it is her obsession.
