The Inquisition

The Inquisition is allegedly an top secret organization with an even greater authority than the Judges and Exarchs and operate as a secret arm of the military. Not much but rumors are known about the elusive group.

Public Agenda

They have no public agenda, because the kingdom denies the existence of the Inquisition.
Rumors however, claim that The Inquisition is a secret off-the-books organization that exists to act as spies and assassins for the Kingdom. It is said that they go about in the guise of common folk, investigating whispers and rooting out crimes before they happen. They even posses the authority to kill Judges and they exert that authority when necessary, some say.
In reality The Inquisition is a covert group of secret Judges who bear black sigils. Their authority outstrips that of Judges and Exarchs, they answer only to the King. Inquisitors are the ones who judge the Judges, they are the ones who work from the shadows so that others can work in the light.
