The Knee Breakers

The Knee breakers are a group of halflings and gnomes of good weal that seek out adventure and sometimes dispense vigilante justice against bandits and the like. They all ride together atop their dog mounts roaming the countryside always on the look out for old ruins and monster filled dungeons or rumors of them. The only thing the Knee Breakers like as much as a day of adventuring is a day of lazy fishing or a good feast. The riders have a good heart and help folk out when they can, most wont accept payment for their help beyond a good meal and a fine tale. They are a wealthy band by all accounts paying in gold and tipping in silver, many have several magical trinkets and items found in long abandoned structures. The Knee breakers tend to follow the light when adventuring only returning to the same areas once a month. They are an eclectic group with wizards and priest complementing fighters and rogues. Each member of the group has at least 2 dogs with them, they change mounts regularly, when one tires they change to the other. They very much love their mounts and treat them like family often eating the same food and sleeping in the same bed.
