Greek/Roman God of the underworld
The oldest son of Chronus and Rhea, Pluto ruled the underworld after being the first to pick his domain between him and his brothers Neptune, and Jupiter. As the king of the underworld, Pluto knows that eventually, everything will be a part of his domain and thus decides to remain away from the petty struggles his family always finds themselves in. Because of this although he is part of Nero's senate he does not swear loyalty to him or help him with his expansions. Instead, he simply spends his time organizing and filling out paperwork so that the lost souls who enter his realm can be guided to the afterlife as smoothly as possible.
