Halia

General of the South Sea

Halia was originally a siren in Neptune's castle of Atlantis where she perform concerts for all her adoring fans. Her music was so popular she would frequently be seen as an opener for Pandora's many musical performances. One day Neptune decided to hire her to create a few propaganda songs for the empire. While she was there a few of Neptune's scholars noted that her singing seems to affect the way that water would flow and even materialize. After a bit of experimenting with her music, Halia was given a special spear with a gemstone that could allow her to better control the ocean. At that moment she enlisted into the Pandoran Navy and became one of the Oceanic Generals. With her music she led many of her troops through hell and back.
