Before the world hit reset Hazama was the chief of the Tokyo PD's Special Investigation Team. In reality, he was a serial killer who used his power to throw the cops off his scent at every possible moment. Now he is a player in the Game armed with the powers of the snake yokai Yamata-no-Orochi. His current method of winning the Game is to destroy everything he sees and enjoy every goddamn minute of it.
