As the ruler of the afterlife King Emna judges and decides if each soul should be reincarnated or destroyed. While he is usually a calm, and happy individual with who most people would love to have tea, it is said that when he unleashes his true reaper form he becomes an unstoppable force of nature.
He is the person overseeing the creation of the seven dragon ball challenges. He is quite excited to see who will win the tournament and what their wish shall be.
