Prince of the dark elves and ruler of Svartalfheim
Born in the cold and unforgiving realm of Svartalfheim Prince Malekith vowed to make his people's lives better. One day his mother Queen Alfyse proposed to invade Alfheim with the aid of their newfound allies the giants and the hel-walkers. At her request, Prince Malekith led his people as the general of the Alfheim invasion. His first strategy was to corrupt the light elves's Allbright tree in order to terraform their planet to better suit the dark elves and force the light elves into subjugation under the threat of being corrupted and turning into an undead corpse. Thanks to the party his plan failed horribly and the light elves soon retaliated. One day, while Malekith was away the capital of Svartalfheim , was reduced to ash thanks to a divine judgment spell send by the light elves. During this explosion both his mother, as well as the core of the Alldark the only tree that can bare crops in Svartalfheim were atomized. Now the new ruler of the dark elves, and armed with the knowledge that without the Alldark the crops of Svartalfheim will never grow again and all life in the realm will soon perish of hunger as a result, Malekith vowed to conquer Alfheim and give his people a new home under any cost.
