Mercury is known as the fastest being in the universe making him the perfect messager. As a member of Nero's senate, his main task is to deliver information between divisions of the Pandora Empire. He also tricked the party to enter an exploding sky train.
One day Luke and the party invades Pandora and during that battle, Hermes lost his life. After his death communications between the 10 organizations that ran Pandora has been severely delayed. Will Nero ever be able to find a replacement for the world's fastest deliveryman?
