Neon J

An ex-marine and a genius in robotics, military warfare, business, and music. The man known as Neon J decided to combine all of his passions into his greatest project, the military robot boyband 1010. He created them to carry out a promise to all the friends he lost during his service. As the creator of 1010 he utilizes them to take down any invaders of Vinyl City and to provide a beautiful concert to calm down the citizens after the battle is won.
Originally he was serving under the Pharoah believing he would help usher in world peace. However, after an encounter with the party, he realized Vincent sought only his personal satisfaction so he joined the Rebellion. But around the same time, he joined the Rebellion a powerful crimson blast leveled half of Vinyl City. Because of this, his main focus is currently rebuilding his city and not usurping the Pharaoh.
