Maori God of Weather
The vengeful god of weather from Maori mythology. Born as one of 8 brothers, he was the only one who opposed the separation of his parents the Earth and Heaven. After his brother Tane separated the Earth and Heaven, Tawhirimatea went on a rampage which was only stopped by his brother Tu. After this, he went to live with his father Heaven where the two created all the weather observed on the planet to torment his brothers and the mortals.
He appeared to a young woman named Draldin Hakopa after her world was shattered. The two have been fighting alongside each other since, hoping to fix their broken world.
